Watching the score climb was like being inside a pachinko palace.<BR/><BR/>I taped the Winter Classic game, but haven't gotten around to watching it.<BR/><BR/>Another thing that happened to the "Coolest Game On Earth" is that, in order to reach a broader market, the NHL expanded/moved the teams to much warmer climates.<BR/><BR/>I have a hard time embracing the Atlanta Thrashers, Florida Panthers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Phoenix Coyotes and other teams south of the Mason-Dixon line.<BR/><BR/>Well, not really, because I can accept the Washington Capitals.<BR/><BR/>My wife, who was listening to the game, but not actively watching it, asked how many Canadian cities host NHL teams.
